1.   Clinging to the status quo; obsession; possessiveness; a desire for control.

2.   Creating a structure.

3.   Being an obstacle to progress because of a lack of originality or fear of change.

COMMENTS:

Note that he's clinging desperately to one of his pentacles; two more are trapped under his feet; but it's the one sitting on top of his head that has him worried.

He almost has complete control.   That would be good enough for most people, but not for him. Think in terms of an obesessive/compulsive disorder.
